I Like A Church Like This

I found this via the blog of Dave Lucas, who I didn’t previously know, but who has just visited this blog. He got it from here. This sounds like the kind of honest, caring church I love.

About Dave Faulkner

I'm a British Methodist minister, married with two children. I blog from a moderate evangelical-missional-charismatic perspective, with an interest in the 'missional' approach. My interests include Web 2.0, digital photography, contemporary music and watching football (Tottenham Hotspur) and cricket.

  1. That sounds and feels just like our church under our new Minister, Derek. He’s been a real blessing to us all. <

  2. That kind of church appeals to me, also and I sense it wanting to burst forth unhindered in our place of worship. But something keeps us stifled. Occasional glimpses makes me hungry for more.

  3. We have a (fairly new) noticeboard out the front of our little church at Milton – I’m going to ask for those words to appear soon. Worth a try!
Also, fine description for a family home – we “do loud really well”. And great hugs.
