Can You Trust A Church Leader?

Angie Ward has begun a series at Leadership Journal entitled ‘The Three Legs Of Trust’. In her first article she enumerated the ‘three legs’: character, competence and communication. She has now published the article specifically on character. It’s not just about the big character issues and flaws, she says, character is shown by the willingness to engage in community, relationship and accountability. Well worth a read – I’m looking forward to the articles on competence and communication.
