We have a daughter doing physiotherapy and a son doing law and two more thinking about Uni in the future – so there’s a lot of ‘helping out’ going on. Enjoy these relatively uncomplicated years with your little ones – blessings to you all.

There used to be student grants in the UK, but that was changed about twenty years ago to a loan system. That means students tend to graduate with a five-figure debt to their names. So parents help out as much as they can.
